Hood Community College Foundation The Mt. Hood Community College Foundation is a non-profit organization to raise, receive, and distribute contributions from private sources in support of the students and educational programs at the college.
East Metro Economic Alliance This alliance is shaping the future of East Metro through economic advocay. By bringing together business and goernment leaders from East Portland, Fairview, Gersham, Troutdale and Wood Village, EMEA builds consensus and promotes action on issues vital to the eocnomic development and livability of the region. Oregon Business Association Engages Oregon businesses -- large and small, urban and rural -- to find collaborative solutiosn that make our staet a great place to live and work. Mt. Hood Jazz Festival This non-profit organization produces the annual Mt. Hood Jazz Festival, now in its 28th year. The Festival also promotes greater awareness of this unique American art form through year round educational workshops and jazz performances in the greater Portland area. PDG is a sponsor of the 2009 festival, taking place August. 14-16. Human Solutions This East Metro non-profit helps low-income and homeless families gain self-sufficiency by providing affordable housing, skill development and family support services.
